How do you add your users to the admin panel so that they can begin their assessments?

Basic steps

  1. Add your users individually or in bulk
  2. Set their manager and department
  3. Set their role
  4. Select and invite your users

Sign Up and Login

As an administrator, an activation email will be sent to you.

Click on the link provided in the email.

This action will open your browser, where you'll be prompted to enter your email and receive a one-time passcode. If you don't receive the code, please check your junk folder.

Administration dashboard

The dashboard provides an overview of your total licenses, detailing what has been used and what remains across different license types.

You can add users with various permission levels from this dashboard, including their names, emails, and departments.

You also have the option to bulk upload users from a spreadsheet.

Lastly, you'll need to invite the learners to an assessment.

Understanding permissions

Admin: This person is the only one with access to the admin dashboard and can add and invite other admins, managers, and learners.

Managers—Your managers can access an admin dashboard to add more learners to an assessment. It also gives them access to their analytics dashboard to engage learners and review the team's results.

Learners - These users must be invited to the assessment and will be sent an activation email once their details are uploaded to the admin dashboard.

Adding an individual learner

Click Add People. You will see a pop-up where you can add managers and learners.
