An introduction
Being an Entelechy Practitioner requires you to give your power to your learners. You aim to make yourself redundant by providing the learners the power and responsibility to develop themselves. The world doesn’t need more experts. Instead, it requires more empowered, critical, self-aware people.
The learning objectives are:
- To encourage a pattern of habitual thinking in individuals that delivers on the advantages of a growth mindset
- To support a learner in understanding the behaviours of lifelong learning and how to practise these in the flow of life and work
- To empower the individual to believe they have within them innate Qualities that can be consciously used to improve performance
- To empower the individual to believe that the potential that is within them can be actualised through simple small experiments every day
Our methodology is simple. It's underpinned by 54 Character Qualities, which are value-driven behaviours. These qualities are powerful tools for improving performance and productivity.
At their most basic level, these qualities are 54 words describing desirable workplace behaviours. And so, they help us talk about being better without feeling judged.
